Each tour begins with a 1/2 hour hike on a mountain trail to a canyon leading to the cave entrance. After changing into caving equipment and reviewing safety practices, we enter the cave to enjoy a natural history interpretation of this fascinating underground world. Our friendly, experienced, interpretive guides will lead you through twisting passageways - etched and sculptured by glacial waters - to large underground chambers and a pool grotto. Along the way you'll see mineral formations, animal bones and other unique karst features. Tours go year round. Cave temperature is always 5 C (41 F).
